Design Philosophy

The search for musicality constiutes the true essence of high-fidelity. Why then are there only a few equipment that are truely accurate and musical? The criteria for measurement and definition of musicality are diffcult to determine. For a long time, only harmonic distortion and power were considered to be fundamental. Such criteria have often been established merely to sell products, rather than because of their musical importance. By contrast, for example, components have "signatures" and they must be eliminated from the signal paths and their total numbers reduced in the equipment. Futher, the ability to deliver current rapidly and correctly to the speakers(including the most complex loads) is the only way to reconstitute sonic reality in a plausible manner.
