Do you deliver and install?
Yes, delivery and professional installation are complimentary with system purchases, islandwide. We unpack, position, connect, fine tune, and take the packaging away.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, 0% instalment plans are available on qualifying purchases. Terms are confirmed with your quotation, so ask us about any product.
How do trade ins work?
Trade ins are handled personally, one to one. Message us on WhatsApp with your equipment's details and photos, and we'll discuss a fair arrangement, every deal is negotiated individually.
What warranty comes with preowned units?
Every certified unit is sold with a warranty and its bench test report. Exact warranty terms are confirmed per unit at the time of sale.
Are prices negotiable?
We price honestly rather than inflate and discount. What we will always do: put together the best possible system for your budget, and sharpen our pencil on complete systems and trade ins.
What if it doesn't work in my room?
As a rule, all sales are final, which is exactly why we insist you audition first. The listening rooms and our consultations exist so you buy the right system with total confidence.

Shipping & delivery

Complimentary islandwide delivery with professional installation on system purchases. Accessories ship within 2 to 3 working days. International shipping quoted on request.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are generally not offered, audition before you buy, in our listening rooms or by arrangement. In exceptional cases, any accommodation is at our discretion.

Warranty

New equipment carries the full local distributor warranty. Certified preowned: 6 months on Grades A and B, 3 months on Grade C, honoured on our own bench.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayNow and bank transfer. 0% instalment plans on qualifying purchases, terms confirmed with your quotation. Deposits secure pre orders and one of one preowned units.
